Who you're buying from

Featured listings are sold by Ferris Creative LTD, company number 14585804, registered office 24 Freshfield Bank, Forest Row, RH18 5HG. Email hello@worklocalforestrow.uk.

What you get

For £10.00 (Ferris Creative LTD is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added), one live job is pinned above other jobs on the job list and the homepage, with a "Featured" label, for 30 days from payment. If the job would have come down sooner, it stays up for the featured period.

Featuring a job makes it more visible. It doesn't guarantee any number of views or applicants.

Paying

You pay by card through Stripe. The contract is made when Stripe confirms the payment, and the job shows as featured within a few minutes. We email a receipt, and Stripe sends its own.

Who can buy

Featured listings are sold to businesses for business purposes, not to consumers. The job must follow the posting rules.

Refunds and liability

• If we can't show your job as featured because of a fault on our side, we'll refund you in full.
• If you mark the job filled early, the feature ends and there's no refund. Congratulations, though.
• If we remove the job because it breaks the posting rules, there's no refund.
• Anything else, email us and we'll be fair about it.
• Liability limit: to the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with a featured listing, including technical failures, is limited to the amount you paid for it (£10). We are not responsible for indirect losses or lost business.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
