How it works
- Make a profile once: your name, village, a headline, your skills and when you can work. About three minutes.
- Add a CV if you have one. You don't need one for lots of local jobs.
- Apply in two taps, with a short note if you like.
- Watch where it's got to. Businesses set a status on every application, and you can see who has opened your CV.
- Get new jobs by email on Mondays, if you switch on job alerts.
Your privacy
Your profile is never public and never on Google. If you switch on "open to offers", checked local businesses can see your first name, village, headline, skills and availability, and ask to get in touch. Your surname, email, phone and CV are only shared with a business you apply to, or whose request you accept. Turn it off any time.
Please leave anything you'd rather not share out of your CV and profile, like your date of birth, health or religion. Employers don't need it. Our privacy policy.
Students
Looking for holiday, weekend or flexible work around your studies? Businesses mark jobs that suit students. See jobs that are good for students.
16 or 17?
You can sign up from 16. Filter jobs with "Open to 16 and 17 year olds". Businesses can't browse under-18 profiles, so nobody comes looking: you choose who to apply to. There are rules on the hours you can work: gov.uk explains them.
Staying safe when you apply
Interviews and trial shifts should be at the workplace, in working hours. Tell a parent or someone you trust where you're going. A real employer will never ask you for money, ask you to keep things secret, or ask to talk on Snapchat or WhatsApp before you've met at work. If anything feels wrong, report it and we'll look the same day.
Never pay to apply
No real employer asks you for money to apply, for "training", for a uniform or for a DBS check before you've started. If anyone does, tell us.
